JOB DESCRIPTION

You will provide day-to-day administrative support for a busy HR Department.

  • Staff HR Service Desk and address walk-in customer needs in a timely professional manner.
  • Monitor incoming calls, and respond to customer requests.
  • Provide knowledgeable technical support via phone, walk up, and virtual environments.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from first contact, assuring that the customer knows the person receiving their issue or request is dedicated to assisting them. Seek help from colleagues and escalate to HR Managers for issue resolution.
  • Act as an ally to all other members of the support team, by being approachable, sharing, and friendly providing whatever aid is possible to assure that customer issues are being addressed in a timely and precise manner.
  • Organise and coordinate workload independently among constant deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Provide support to On-boarding new Employees.
  • Assist with reach out to internal and external customers via phone or email to ensure a successful orientation.
  • Provide phone, and HR Service desk coverage.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.


requirements
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Should speak good English.
  • Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ years of previous office experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience in HR and a professional service environment (preferred)


StoreKeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Check receipt of orders; determine processing order
  • Coordinate and supervise logistics operations of receipt, dispatch and delivery-Pick orders according to order preparation instructions. Put together parcels, consignments…
  • Clean and clear the working area (equipment, accessories…)
  • Organize division of storage spaces on-site and follow-up management
  • Organize or supervise the management of product, goods or raw material stocks (encoding, rotation…)
  • Pack products according to characteristic, order and manner of transport
  • Coordinate team activities-Receive goods. Keep tally
  • Supervise maintenance of storage area and equipment
  • Bring goods to dispatch area, storage area or production area


requirements
  • Previous experience as a storekeeper or similar
  • Knowledge of book-keeping and inventory management
  • Physically fit & energetic
  • Can communicate easily in English, both verbally and written
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have a clean conduct


Carers

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Do light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming-
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping
  • Observe and report any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation as directed by office policy in a timely manner.
  • Complete required documentation of services delivered and submit to office in a timely manner according to policy.
  • Use equipment and supplies safely and properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
  • Other reasonable related duties as assigned.

Lifeguard

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Consistently delivering exceptional service to every guest
  • Ensure safety is a priority in accordance to Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid Certifications
  • Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around all swimming areas
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation
  • Responsible for the daily set up of all swimming areas before opening time
  • Responsible for the daily breakdown of all swimming areas when closing
  • Follow all designated emergency procedures
  • Always provide visual surveillance of all swimming areas
  • Assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary
  • Attend required training
  • Assist other departments as necessary


requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members
  • Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment
  • Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun
  • Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures
  • Embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities
  • Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene as required by management
  • Possession of valid Lifeguard training and First Aid Certification


Door Installers

  • Installation of fire doors, doors, glass, and related products
  • Assist with general site preparation and clean up
  • Ensure that all installations meet expected quality standards
  • Assist with completion of installation reports and paperwork
  • Maintain tool management standards
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s management policies and procedures (SOP)
  • Maintaining customer trust relationship by keeping service information confidential


requirements
  • Experience in fire and security, contracting, and/or commercial fields will be considered an asset
  • License A is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
  • Ideally possess a valid driving license
